Wax Manipulation Tools
The wax investment casting process requires a variety of specialized tools to effectively manipulate wax. Unger Designs offers specialized torches providing precise heat application, enabling controlled melting and shaping of wax patterns; hot knives for cutting, joining, and refining details, ensuring clean edges and smooth surfaces; wax pens for intricate and precise application of wax; and hot pots and plates for maintain optimal temperatures of molten wax, ensuring consistency throughout the casting process.

In collaboration with Nike and Terrazign, we proudly introduce a revolutionary portable collapsing urinal that transforms how breaks are performed on the field. Gas Monitoring Equipment
Unger Designs is dedicated to enhancing environmental monitoring through innovative solutions, collaborating closely with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to redesign existing monitoring equipment for improved ease of use. This equipment effectively detects and logs trace amounts of sulfur dioxide (SO2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), water vapor (H2O), and carbon dioxide (CO2). We offer both portable and stationary versions to the diverse needs of our clients. Additionally, we are excited to announce that a new stationary housing will be coming soon to further enhance the functionality of our monitoring systems.
